Gonna do something I don’t normally do here today and point out some Liberal bullshit. Was just reading this article and watching a video about Paul Ryan once again having protesters at his rally’s arrested. Now I have said over and over again that I don’t care who you want to vote for, sure if you want to vote Romney you’re either rich, misinformed or an idiot. It’s simply the truth. No one has yet to debate me, change my mind, or bring up any truth or other evidence of why a Ryan Romney presidency would be a good thing. That being said, I hate stories that mislead or misrepresent the facts. I don’t care what side does this. It just so happens that it’s almost always the republicans that do this. But, here is a time where the liberals are doing it and it must be pointed out because it’s total bullshit!
Paul Ryan was in Wisconsin and was having some 15 dollar a plate luncheon so he could he could speak and then take some questions. If you were there than you paid 15 bucks, had something to eat while you listened to Paul Ryan speak. Then you could ask some questions. You knew that was the plan when you paid to get in.
A few people at this luncheon felt that it was ok to disrupt the event by shouting out questions during Ryan’s speech. When they were asked to be quite, they refused. When they were refused they were asked to leave.
Now I will admit that it could have been handled better. I think the VP could have just said, “I understand that you all have concerns and I appreciate that. I want to answer your questions and I will answer your questions but let me finish speaking and then we will have an organized question and answer session.” Problem solved.
Now I could go in to personal reasons why Ryan, a Tea Party member, didn’t go that route and instead advised staff to just have the people removed but it doesn’t matter. That would be an opinion. What does matter is the facts. And the facts are that people of that community paid money to hear the VP speak and then answer some questions. These outbursts did not have to be tolerated at all! Had I attended and paid my money to hear the guy speak and some dumbasses kept interrupting, I would have asked them to STFU myself. I didn’t pay my hard earned money to hear some dumbass interrupt the speech.
So my point is this. Romney and Ryan are a train wreck. They openly say and do enough to criticize them all day long just by fact checking them. They can’t open their mouths without either flat out lying or completely misrepresenting the facts. Liberals don’t need to a story like this to make them look bad. Had this been an Obama speech and people were interrupting, liberals would expect that those people be asked to leave and then removed if they refused. That’s not silencing the people voices. It’s called keeping the peace.
My advice to liberals, stick to what the candidates say. Keep catching their lies and pointing them out. But a story like this is just bullshit. These people were in the wrong. They were the ones interrupting the meeting. They were the ones who failed to follow the rules. Don’t turn it around and make them look like the victims.
